WATERPROOF MAKER CLEAR mascara top coat by ArtDeco. Transparent fixing Gel that creates a water-resistant eyelash mask and also lengthens the length of the eyelash mask. Use the mascara as usual, let it dry for a minute and then apply the transparent gel fastening. It can also be applied only to get a natural look.

How to Use

Follow the application directions and precautions on the product packaging. For external use only. Stop use if irritation occurs.

  • Curl lashes first if you want extra lift.
  • Wipe excess product off the wand against the neck of the tube.
  • Start at the roots and wiggle the wand upwards through the lashes.
  • Add a second coat while the first is still damp to avoid clumping.
